Delivery - Shipping Price List 2026
Price list for delivery of PV panels, energy storage units and inverters by DPD courier and Raben and Dachser pallets in Poland and the European Union.
The delivery of photovoltaic panels, inverters and energy storage units is carried out through proven logistics partners: DPD Poland (groupage shipments), Raben Logistics (PL pallets + Central Europe) and dachser (Western, Southern and Scandinavian pallets). Below is the current shipping price list for 2026.
01 DPD courier parcel (Poland)
Groupage shipments with accessories, cables, smart meters, and microinverters are delivered by DPD courier. Delivery time: up to 48 hours (business days), most domestic shipments within 24 hours.

Cash on delivery is carried out up to the amount of PLN 5,000 only for DPD parcels.
02 Pallet delivery (Poland)
Inverters, energy storage systems, LFP batteries, and PV panels delivered on pallets by Raben and Dachser. Delivery time: 24–72 hours (business days). Product class automatically selected in the cart based on weight and category.

Half-pallet activates automatically in the cart when shipping is within the limits (e.g. 1 3-phase inverter + 1 5,1V battery kWh). The system automatically suggests the cheaper option - you don't have to choose anything.
Delivery on a pallet requires prepayment. We do not provide collection for pallets (logistics operator requirement).
03 Delivery within the European Union
We ship to EU countries in 5 price zones. The exact price of international shipping is calculated automatically in the shopping cart. based on destination country, product class, and gross weight. Delivery time: 2–6 business days.

04 Damaged shipments
If the delivery arrives damaged, we will send a new product and collect the defective one.
Necessary: damage report with the courier!
The report must include: information about packaging tampering, location of damage and a list of damaged photovoltaic panels or other products.

05 Returning purchased photovoltaics - logistical considerations
Before returning ordered photovoltaic panels, inverters or energy storage units, please take into account the specifics of large-sized products:
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For pallet shipments (PV panels, kits, batteries, inverters) the return cost is typically from PLN 165 for a half-pallet to PLN 495 for a full PV pallet — depending on the size and class of the goods. DPD courier parcel (accessories, small inverters up to 30 kg) — from PLN 39.
- Pallet returns require prior notification. We do not accept pallet shipments without prior arrangement of the date and carrier with the complaints department.
- The condition of the product affects the value of the refund. Pursuant to Article 34, Section 4 of the Consumer Rights Act, the customer is responsible for any diminished value of the item resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature. Installed panels, grid-connected inverters, and batteries with activated charging cycles are subject to a deduction.
- Procedure: e-mail notification to reklamacje@pvgroup.pl → you receive an RMA number → you ship the goods with the RMA number on the packaging.
