The difference is practical, not marketing. Any distributor can conduct a product presentation. Only someone who has disassembled these devices in a service center can answer the question of why a specific inverter is throwing a specific error code with a specific battery configuration. The training is conducted by the service team. Growatt — and we provide the room, equipment and warehouse.
The equipment we work with
We build the stands using equipment we have in stock—successive series of inverters and energy storage units. This is the same equipment the participant will install at their client's site next week, with the only difference being that it can be opened. Periodically, the manufacturer's mobile training center, fully equipped with a display, also arrives at the building.

Manufacturer's service
Service requests are handled by the manufacturer's service center in Mysłowice.
Training scope - full product line Growatt
The training covers the manufacturer's entire product range: from grid-tie inverters, through hybrid and off-grid inverters, to energy storage, microinverters, and monitoring. Each module concludes with a hands-on session with the device.
Grid inverters
Selection of power for installation, single-phase and three-phase systems, trackers MPPT and division of panels into sections with different orientations, protection on the DC and AC sides. Offer: three-phase grid inverters.
Hybrid inverters
Battery backup, net-billing modes, backup of selected circuits during grid outages, and inverter selection for warehouses to ensure voltage and current match. Offer: three-phase and single-phase hybrid inverters.
Island systems and microinverters
Installations without connection to the grid, power supply to facilities cut off from OSD, a generator as a backup source, and on the other side — microinverters for small and shaded roofs. Offer: island inverters, microinverters.
Startup and configuration
First start-up step by step, network settings, battery performance parameters, connection to the application and monitoring portal, handing over the installation to the customer along with documentation.
Documentation and reporting to the operator
A complete set of documents required for submitting a micro-installation to the network operator, including data sheets and device compliance certificates. We keep all manufacturer files open. document database Growatt.
Monitoring and operation after commissioning the installation
Accounts in the monitoring portal, access for the installation company to the customer's installation, reading of production and consumption, detection of faults before the customer calls.
Energy storage training - selection, installation, commissioning
Energy storage is currently the most common reason an installation company calls the technical hotline—and the most common reason why an installation doesn't work as promised to the customer. This block takes up the most space in the training.

Industrial and commercial installations - separate track
A factory installation isn't an extended home installation. The connection process is different, self-consumption is calculated differently, security measures are selected differently, and communication with the grid operator is different. That's why we run a separate training series dedicated exclusively to industrial solutions —a full day of high-impact training, not a block tacked onto a home program.
High-power inverters
Devices from several dozen to 125 kW, multi-inverter systems, power distribution to roof or ground sections, communication between devices. Offer: industrial inverters.
Auto-consumption of the plant
Selecting power according to the production profile instead of the roof surface, limiting the output to the grid, operating the installation with variable plant load.
Energy storage in the company
Cutting down peaks instead of storing surpluses for the evening—a different selection logic than at home. Offer: energy storage.

Inverter service training - diagnostics, error codes, complaints
This part exists because its absence costs the installation company the most: on-site travel, replacement of a functioning device, and warranty disputes. Manufacturer service technicians demonstrate step-by-step what to do before the device is disassembled.
Reading and interpreting codes
What the message really means, which codes indicate a client-side network or installation, and which indicate a device-related issue. We also collect code descriptions in knowledge base Growatt.
On-site diagnostics
Sequence of measurements, typical installation faults confused with hardware failure, updating software and settings as the first step, not the last.
Complaints path
How to prepare a report so it doesn't come back with a request for further clarification: what data, photos, and surveillance screenshots? The device is covered by the manufacturer's European service warranty.
Certificate signed by the manufacturer
Each participant who completes the training receives a personalized certificate signed by both parties: the manufacturer and us. This document confirms completion of the product training and can be used with clients and in tender procedures. The content issuer is Shenzhen Growatt New Energy.
What this certificate is not
We're making this clear so no one arrives with the wrong document. The manufacturer's certificate confirms that product training has been completed. Is not entitlement UDT, qualification certificate SEP nor a professional diploma - these are issued by authorized entities and are obtained through a separate path.
Deposit for space - 200 zł, returns on first order
The first few editions of the training were completely free, and that didn't work. Dozens of companies signed up, we ordered catering, and set up stations at the equipment—and about half of them showed up.
An empty chair isn't just a wasted lunch. It's also a seat that wasn't given to someone on the waiting list, and a teacher who had prepared a class for a full group. Signing up without any obligation proved unfair to those who attended.
That's why we introduced a deposit. We don't make money on it —it's fully refunded on the first order placed after the training. For companies that purchase from us, the cost of participation is zero. For someone signing up "just in case," it's a significant enough cost to hold onto their spot if they can't make it.
How it works in practice
- You register your company for the selected areamin and you pay 200 zł deposit for each participant.
- Your place is reserved. We will confirm it via email.
- You arrive, complete the training, and receive your certificate.
- The deposit is returned as a discount on the first invoice worth at least 5000 zł.
- In the event of absence without appeal, the deposit is forfeited - that is the whole point of this solution.
Two language paths - Polish and English
We organize groups separately. Polish and English classes share the same curriculum, equipment, and certification—the only difference is the language used. We don't mix groups, as translating during technical classes can take up half the time and lose the most important details.
Polish-speaking group
The basic path for companies from Poland. Dates marked in the calendar as PL.
English-speaking group
For companies outside of Poland that purchase from us as part of European deliveries. Terms marked as ENWe accept applications at the same address.
Closed group
For larger groups, we arrange a separate meeting time.min for one company, in the selected language.
Deadlines and registration
We don't keep a strict calendar.min We schedule it when the group gathers—separately for the home and industrial series, and separately for Polish and English. This way, no one waits three months for a free date, sits in a class in a language they don't understand, or listens to installations they don't install.

We train at our headquarters in the center of the Silesian metropolitan area. The training room and warehouse are in the same building, so you can pick up your ordered goods after the class without having to make a second trip. We provide coffee breaks and refreshments.

Who teaches the classes?
The classes are conducted by the service team Growatt, i.e. the manufacturer's engineers. PVGroup.pl provides the room, training equipment and organization.
How much does it cost to participate?
The training itself is free. A deposit of 200 PLN per participant reserves a place, which is returned as a discount on the first invoice worth at least 5000 złFor the company that buys from us, the share is therefore zero.
The reason we charge a deposit
For the first few editions, registration was open-ended. Dozens of companies signed up, we ordered catering and prepared booths, and about half showed up. An empty chair meant someone on the waiting list didn't get a spot. A deposit solves this problem and costs nothing to the company that actually comes and books with us.

Language of classes

A personalized certificate of completion of the product training, signed by the manufacturer and us. The issuer is Shenzhen. Growatt New Energy.
The difference between a manufacturer's certificate and a professional qualification
A manufacturer's certificate confirms knowledge of their equipment. UDT authorizations, SEP qualification certificates, and professional diplomas are issued by other, authorized entities and are acquired through separate training. Our training does not replace them.
How many employees can come from one company?
Number of places per termin is limited, so when registering, we determine the number of participants individually. For larger groups, it is easier to arrange a separate timemin for one company.
Scope – inverters only or also energy storage?
The training covers the full product line Growatt: grid, hybrid, and island inverters, microinverters, energy storage, and monitoring. The section on energy storage takes up the most time.
Length of training
A full day, with coffee breaks and meals. Hours are provided upon confirmation of the date.
Industrial installation training
We offer training in industrial and commercial solutions as a separate series, with dedicated dates and a full day dedicated to high-performance. Please indicate in your application which track you are interested in—home or industrial.

The classroom and warehouse are in the same building, so paid orders can be picked up after class, during warehouse hours. Self-collection is free.
