Growatt APX 15 kWh this is the configuration APX 15.0M-S3: master module APX 5.0M-B3 and two battery modules APX 5.0P-B3 in one column with a height of 955 mm. Configuration 15 kWh is one column composed of three elements: the master module APX 5.0M-B3 and two battery modules APX 5.0P-B3The master module sits at the top of the column and contains the battery management and its own 5 kWh capacity.
The base is included. The master module comes pre-assembled with a stand, and the packaging includes the stand and wall mount—no need to purchase a stand or separate battery management box. The stand is from an older generation. APX doesn't fit: older modules have a projection of 690 × 185 mm, 2.0 modules - 590 × 255 mm.

Single-phase installation? This kit will replace your meter at no extra charge. Who is this capacity for?

Selection between 10 and 20 kWh
15 kWh is a compromise capacity and it is worth presenting it to the customer as such. In relation to 10 kWh adds 5 kWh energy and 2,5 kW of power with an increase in weight by 45 kg and height by 265 mm. Compared to 20 kWh saves one module, but keeps the power at 7,5 kW instead of 10 kW - and this is usually the right selection criterion, not capacity alone.
It's worth checking this selection in conjunction with the inverter. The power of the entire system is limited by the inverter's maximum charging and discharging power and battery capacity, so the 7,5 kW of storage capacity won't be fully utilized with a lower-power inverter.
