Products marked with the "24-hour shipping" label on the card leave the warehouse within one business day. Items marked with "5-business-day shipping" are made to order. The label is visible for each product before it is added to the cart.
How to get net wholesale prices?
Create a business account and log in—you'll see prices exclusive of VAT, along with your wholesale discount. The discount amount depends on the sales group your advisor assigns you to after verifying your Tax Identification Number (NIP). Registration is free and doesn't obligate you to purchase.
Do you have to have a business to buy?

What payment methods do you accept?
Traditional bank transfer and card payment. Cash on delivery is only available for DPD shipments up to PLN 5000; pallet orders are always processed with prepayment. We do not offer deferred payment or limit buyers.
How much does transportation cost?
Shipping costs are the actual carrier costs plus a 10% service charge—we do not add a hidden margin and do not offer "free" shipping included in the price of the goods. Courier shipments are handled by DPD, Raben pallets, and Dachser. Local pickup is available. Bytomiu is free.
Do you deliver outside of Silesia?
Yes, we ship throughout Poland and to 44 European countries via Raben, DPD, and Dachser. Our location in the center of the Silesian metropolitan area shortens delivery times in the south of the country.

What warranty do the devices have?
